Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, particularly in ITSM, HR, CSM, SPM, and Risk Management.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications
- Security Clearance: SC Clearable (UK Nationals Only)
- Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Additional certifications in ITSM, HR, CSM, SPM, or Risk Management are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding and scripting within ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, and platform-specific tools.
- Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
