Job Title: Senior Risk Management Engineer

Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in office (London or Basingstoke)

Salary: Between £65,000-£75,000 + Bonus

Role: Full Time, Permanent

F5 are delighted to be partnering with a Global MedTech who are at the forefront of Cancer Therapy Equipment and Software. This is a chance to work for a genuine market leader with proven year-on-year growth, and make a real impact into peoples lives.

They are seeking a senior Risk Management specialist to join them on a full time, permanent basis, working out of either their London or Basingstoke office, 3 days a week.

You will be responsible for leading the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Risk Management Files in accordance with ISO 14971, as well as provide conduct risk reviews of post-market surveillance data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong background in medical device risk management, ideally within a Class II and/or III environment.
  • Proven experience applying ISO 14971 and ISO/TR 24971 standards across the product lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of IEC 62304 and IEC 60601.
  • Proficient with Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Polarion, MatrixALM, DOORS).
  • Excellent communicator, adept at conveying complex risk concepts to a range of audiences.
