Salary: £40,000-£46,000

F5 are delighted to be partnering with one of the biggest Technology Consultancies in the UK, an award-winning business that works with major organisations across the country.

They are seeking a talented Remedy Developer to join a newly created team supporting a large Public Sector end client of theirs, with offices in Bristol and South Wales.

You will be expected to visit their client site up to 2 days a week (whichever is closest to you), however this will likely vary depending based on project demand, with the majority of time spent at home.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customise BMC Remedy applications (workflows, forms, active links, filters).
  • Configure and maintain ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Remedy environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Remedy with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and upgrades to the Remedy platform.

Experience Required:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Proven experience with cloud-based deployments of Remedy applications.
  • Skilled in workflow development, customisation, and integrations.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
