Salary up to £66,500

This private equity backed company are on a mission to reach double digit growth and are growing their team to help support this.
They build scalable software products for their clients in the financial industry with a strong focus on ensuring excellent service levels.
This is a brand-new role due to a restructure in the IT Services department, where you will lead a dynamic team responsible for ensuring seamless IT Operations.
About the role:
- Manage and lead a distributed IT Operations team of 20.
- Enhance service quality in line with ITIL.
- Ensure the availability of IT systems.
- Promote continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with the Head of IT Services to make strategic decisions that align to the company’s overarching goals.
About you:
- A background in IT Support.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Services including Azure.
- Experience working in ITIL framework environments.
- A proactive and innovative mindset.
