IAM Consultant
Level: (Junior, Mid and Senior levels available)
Location: UK Wide – Regular travel to client site.
Salary: £40,000 – £65,000

Role Overview:
As an IAM Consultant you will play a critical role in advising clients on identity and access management. This involves business analysis, solution design, architecture, and implementation to help clients secure their digital identities and enhance access management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and assess current IAM frameworks.
- Analyse existing IAM processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide strategic advice on IAM best practices and trends.
- Document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.
- Design scalable and secure IAM solutions that align with client needs.
- Develop implementation plans and collaborate with technical teams.
- Lead or support IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.

Experience Requirements:
- Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar.
- Experience leading or participating in IAM project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, and post-deployment support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience developing IAM processes and Target Operating Models (TOMs), skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization.
