Job Title: DV Cleared GRC Consultant
Location: 5 days a week onsite in either Salisbury or Portsmouth
Role: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Between £65,000 and £80,000 (DOE)
Benefits: 5% Performance Bonus + 10% DV Bonus (Up to ~£90k package)

F5 are delighted to be partnering with one of the biggest Technology Consultancies in the UK, an award-winning business that works with major organisations across the country.
A highly sensitive customer of theirs is expanding and is in need of a DV Cleared Cyber Security Consultant to join them with expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
The successful candidate will review existing security controls, identify gaps and compliance risks, assess potential impacts, and recommend practical mitigation strategies to strengthen security and regulatory compliance.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in security governance, risk and compliance (GRC) within consultancy, project, or client-facing environments.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks including NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, NCSC CAF, and ISO 27001.
- Ability to interpret contractual and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical security controls.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and communicating business and customer impacts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable managing competing deadlines.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent are desirable.
- Familiarity with additional frameworks and standards including ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 28000, ITIL, PASTA, OWASP Top 10, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and DEFCON 659/660.
