Job Title: Cyber Security Pre-Sales Architect

Salary: £110,000-£125,000 + Bonus

F5 are delighted to be partnering with one of the biggest Technology Consultancies in the UK, an award-winning business that works with major organisations across the country.
They are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Pre-Sales Solution Architect, one with extensive experience within the Public Sector, specifically Central Government and/or Defence.
You’ll work closely with both Sales and Bid Management teams on major cyber security projects to translate requirements into effective solution designs. You will lead on technical aspects on pre-sales engagements, as well as provide SME input into ongoing Bids.
You can be based anywhere in the UK, however you will be expected to travel to highly secure sites across the country on a hybrid basis, with typical sites being in Bristol, Manchester, London and Birmingham (expensed).
Experience Required:
🟢 Extensive background within the Public Sector, ideally regularly operating Above/Top Secret.
🟢 Previous experience working at a large Technology Consultancy or GSI.
🟢 Deep knowledge of cyber security principles and key compliance HMG frameworks.
🟢 Experienced in designing complex IT/security solutions for public sector bids.
🟢 Strong pre‑sales, proposal development, and client relationship skills.
🟢 Excellent communicator with effective stakeholder engagement.
🟢 Expertise in technical scoping and security architecture in topics such as security tooling, cloud security, and IDAM.
🟢 Able to embed GRC requirements and conduct robust risk assessments.
