Job Title: Azure Cloud Platform Engineer

Location: Reading (2 days a week)

Role: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £90,000 (DOE)

Preferred Start: October

Clearance: SC Eligible

F5 are delighted to be partnering with one of the biggest Technology Consultancies in the UK, an award-winning business that works with major organisations across the country.

They are seeking a talented Azure Cloud Platform Engineer to join a leading Utilities organisation, someone with a strong background with Kubernetes.

This resource is needed urgently, with a planned start date in November, so the client will move extremely quickly on this.

Experience Required:

  • Strong knowledge and experience for designing & implementing Azure Cloud services
  • Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and must be able to demonstrate knowledge of IaC tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes, as well as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS),
  • Relevant certifications greatly desired (e.g. AZ-900, Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
  • Strong understanding of CI environments, including the ability to build and maintain CI\CD pipelines and underlying infrastructure
  • Fluency in one or more languages such as Python, Go, and Ruby
