Automation Tooling Manager – VMware

An award-winning security and defence consultancy has a number of exciting opportunities and are looking to take on a number of Automation Tooling Managers who have a good background with VMware technologies.
Responsibilities may include updating and installing new applications, firmware, and drivers, as well as assisting in the technical presentations and demonstrations with end clients.
The blend of skills they’re looking for are:
- Experienced in VMware, specifically vRealize Automation (vRA) and vRealize Orchestrator (vRO)
- Strong background/exposure to Wintel/Linux, Python and PowerShell
- Excellent communication skills, client/customer facing
- Ideally have worked/working within the Public sector
You can be based anywhere in the UK and can expect remote working, with very occasional office travel a few times a year (expensed/compensated).
All candidates need to be eligible and willing to undergo attaining SC clearance due to the nature of the end clients you will be dealing with. No active clearance is necessary, and you can be started before your clearance comes through.
