Employee Experience Pre-Sales Solution Architect
Location: UK-wide (client-site travel)
Salary: Up to £150,000 + bonus scheme

We’re seeking an Employee Experience Pre-Sales Solution Architect to help design and deliver modern workplace and end-user solutions.
This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen – creating proposals, responding to client needs, and translating business requirements into solution designs. You’ll be central to winning new opportunities and ensuring clients gain maximum value from their end-user services.
This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of home working and visits to client sites across the UK when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the presales process by qualifying opportunities, developing tailored proposals, and presenting to clients.
- Design and architect modern end-user and employee experience solutions, covering areas such as service desk, collaboration, hardware lifecycle, and onsite support.
- Work with sales teams to interpret client requirements and translate them into high-quality solution designs under tight deadlines.
- Produce accurate cost models and competitive commercial proposals, balancing client value with profitability.
- Stay current on workplace technology trends, competitor offerings, and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Eligible for SC (UK Nationals only, no dual citizenship).
- Experience: Proven background in designing and delivering modern end-user services and workplace experience solutions.
- Pre-Sales Expertise: Strong track record in proposal writing, client engagement, and solution design.
- Commercial Mindset: Understanding of product pricing, margins, and how to position cost-effective solutions.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly to business and technical stakeholders alike.
- Collaboration Tools: Knowledge of key collaboration platforms and supporting back-end technologies.
